Our story
Opened in 2014.
Never left the block.
Bean & Bough Coffee opened on NE Alberta Street in 2014, and it hasn't moved since. The shop is independent, the coffee is specialty, and the approach hasn't changed: pour-over and espresso, done slowly.
The beans are single-origin, roasted just across the river. The pastries come from a bakery two doors down. Inside, the counter seats six; outside, the patio is dog-friendly. There's no WiFi — by design.
Some mornings the line is neighbors walking dogs; some afternoons it's someone who's never been in, asking what a pour-over flight is. Both are the point.
